5, titled Secondary Shutoff Control associated with bottom loading
of tanker vehicles.

SpillGuard Technologies, Inc. (SGT™, Inc.)
is focused on providing spill prevention technologies to the petrochemical
industry. The technology delivers unique solutions to overcome
human error and equipment failures. These solutions are designed
to protect life, air, water and the environment for generations
to come.
SGT Inc.’s initial product is the GuardDog a spill prevention
technology developed to prevent spills, loss of life, loss of assets,
environmental contamination and costs associated with clean up.
These costs also include EPA fines related to petrochemical handling
and storage operations.
The GuardDog is a truly independent secondary shutoff control system.
Specifically, the GuardDog meets and exceeds the latest revision
of the American Petroleum Institute (API), Standard 1004, Section
5, titled Secondary Shutoff Control (SSC) associated with bottom
loading of tanker vehicles.
